One-on-One Inspirational Coaching picsbefafter

The most unique and crucial part of the Healthy Inspirations weight loss program is the constant coaching that each client receives during every phase of the program.

Sessions take place three times per week during the Healthy Weight Loss phase, two times per week during the Healthy Balance stage, and one time per week during the Healthy Lifestyle stage.

We understand that group settings are a very comforting environment for many weight loss participants, however our clients tell us time and time again that our individualized support is the determining key factor in their success.

    Lack of accountability and support systems is a disastrous equation for most individuals  trying to lose weight, so here at Healthy Inspirations we eliminate that headache all  together.

 

 

We provide clients with a comfortable environment to speak privately with Lifestyle  Consultants. During each session clients are weighed in, their journal is reviewed and they  discuss with the Lifestyle Consultant issues and concerns regarding behaviors or upcoming events.

This provides each client with the constant support, education and motivation needed to successfully stick with the program.
